From Data to Instruction in

60 Seconds

ReadyCoach is designed to maximize the impact of instructional coaches and teachers based on assessment data insights, precise intervention groupings, built-in interventions, implementation feedback, and real-time predictive progress and fidelity monitoring.

ReadyCoach combines the power of computer algorithms and in-person instructional coaching to deliver measurable results for students, teachers, and schools.

ReadyCoach leverages available assets from existing assessment data to curriculum resources and district interventions.

Our online platform is the result of an ongoing collaboration between researchers and school practitioners both at the classroom and district level. This means all features within the application are designed to solve real-life challenges to help school leaders, instructional coaches, educators and parents support student success in schools.

ReadyCoach automates tasks such as benchmarking, grouping, and assigning interventions to allow coaches to do what they do best: Working alongside educators modeling best practices and providing targeted feedback that yields measurable results for students, teachers, and schools.

ReadyCoach is the only platform of its kind, using algorithms, data insights, and real-time monitoring to match the right interventions to the right students, and help them thrive.

Easy to implement. Even easier to use.

Create Intervention Groups Based on Need

Enter or import students’ academic or behavioral data to create intervention groups manually or based on automated benchmarking and grouping recommendations via our patent-pending algorithms.

Access Research-Based Interventions

Select from a library of research-based reading and behavior interventions automatically recommended based on students’ needs. All interventions can be printed and provide detailed information including pre-requisite skills, teacher prompts, additional resources, and supporting research.

Track Student Progress and Intervention Fidelity

Monitor student progress and intervention implementation to make sure interventions are implemented as intended and all students progress toward their goals. Coaches can track intervention groups within and across teachers supported by automated alerts.

ReadyCoach is making an impact across the country.
